Course Overview

The Digital Currency, Crypto-Asset, and CBDC Legal Frameworks Training Course gives legal, compliance, policy, risk, and product teams a structured way to assess rapidly changing forms of digital money and value. Participants build a jurisdiction-neutral method for digital currency crypto-asset and CBDC legal frameworks, covering private crypto-assets, stablecoins, tokenized instruments, intermediaries, and central bank digital currencies. The applied learning experience is delivered by Agile Leaders Training Center.

The course integrates crypto-asset classification and regulatory perimeter analysis, VASP licensing AML CFT and Travel Rule compliance, stablecoin custody property and liability analysis, and CBDC legal foundations privacy and cross-border governance. It is distinct from technical blockchain certification, investment analysis, and general digital-asset awareness.
